Bosch Launches Blue Disc Brake Pads

Bosch has released new brake pads to service a variety of makes and models.

The Bosch Blue Disc Brake Pads can be used on domestic and import vehicles and are perfect for the everyday driver, the company said.

“At Bosch, our emphasis has always been on delivering quality and reliable performance,” said Jonathon Teesdale, product manager for aftermarket braking products for Robert Bosch. “To that end, we utilize the same rigorous testing and engineering procedures with Bosch Blue Disc Brake Pads as we do with our premium braking line, ensuring optimal performance and excellent value.”

The new brake pads include OE-style multi-layer shims, slots and chamfers to match the OE design, and synthetic grease to reduce resistance on contact points. Additionally the brakes, which can be used one vehicles from model years 1956 to present, utilize an advance platform-specific friction formula, the company said.

Bosch Blue Disc Brake Pads are available in 997 SKUs for North America and provide 89% coverage for vehicles in operation.
